SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The product purchased on the Website will be shipped to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchasing process in the relevant field.

All purchases will be delivered via express courier (GLS "Corriere") or through the shipping system that the Customer chooses when completing the sale procedure.

Beeonica is not responsible for any service disruption that occurs during the shipment of the Product that is not directly attributable to it.

Upon shipment of the Product, Beeonica will send an email or other equivalent means of confirmation to the Customer that the Product has been delivered to the carrier. The Customer will be able to check the status of the shipment, if tracked, directly on the carrier's website.

RETURN POLICY

The possibility of returning the Product is not provided for: a return may only be authorized if the Product packaging is intact and the Product has not been used, even partially.
